Your W-2 is now available!

Employee W-2 forms are ready and available in the Paylocity app!

To view your W-2. on your desktop, login to Paylocity.

Select “Employee Self-Service” from the main menu.
On the Welcome Card that says Hi (Your Name), expand the card and click “View Employee Record.”
Select the “Pay” tab, click “Tax Forms,” and choose the year.

You’ll have the option to password-protect the document of waive the protection, and then you can view the PDF file.

If viewing through the Paylocity App, tap the menu at the bottom right and choose “Pay.”

Swipe left on the top bar, select “Tax Forms,” and choose the year(s) you want.
Tap the envelope icon at the bottom right to send this info to an email address.
You’ll be prompted to create a password for the PDF by default.

Tax Forms Check Up!

As we are approaching the final payroll of 2023, we would like to send out a friendly reminder about your tax documents.

W-2s and 1099s are generally available digitally mid- January and sent by regular post by the end of January 2024.

If you have made any adjustments to your mailing or physical address, but have not updated Outstaffing or your Paylocity portal, please let Outstaffing know as soon possible so that we can ensure timely delivery of your W-2 or 1099.

This Payroll – No premiums

Just a reminder: No premiums this pay period. Adjustments only.

Outstaffing operates using a bi-weekly payroll resulting in 26 pay periods each calendar year. Benefits premiums are collected twice a month resulting in 2 pay periods that don’t have regular premiums collected.

September has a total of 3 pay periods which means that there will be NO benefits premiums collected on the upcoming (29 SEPTEMBER) payday.  However, any adjustments necessary to bring your benefits premiums current (as insurance premiums are billed a month in advance) will be made by Outstaffing at this time.

If you have any questions regarding your upcoming paystub or any other payroll, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
